Atom 2.0 Rejected

1) Amidst the absolute chaos with FTX and Alameda over the past week, the ATOM 2.0 proposal for the future of the Cosmos Hub has come and gone, ultimately being rejected with 37.4% NoWithVeto votes about 2 hrs ago

The vote for Proposal 82 (Atom 2.0) vote has been rejected. The proposal called for a number of radical changes including Social Coordination Technology Interchain Security, Liquid Staking, as well as changes to issuance(potentially what caused the contention).

The community might relaunch and vote on multiple proposals instead of a mega one.
